Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

any combination of fresh or frozen vegetables, thawed and dried (so they won't splatter)*
2 Tbsp. oil, butter or liquid
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. water
Preparation
