Green Chile Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can diced California chiles
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. half and half or milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended, using enough cream for a dipping consistency.
Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
Makes approximately 3 cups.
