Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and grated
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. melted margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and dot with 1/4 cup margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
