Prize Winning Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 stick real butter
3 c sugar
6 large eggs
3 c all purpose flour
1 c whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla (or 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp lemon extract)

Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Place cake in oven and then turn temperature to 300 degrees.
DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN. Bake for 1 hour-turn cake around and bake 20 minutes more.
