Melt In Your Mouth Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    5 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix oil and eggs.
    Add pumpkin.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
    Divide the mixture into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until taste test is done.
