Holiday Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 lb. white almond bark
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. crisp rice cereal
    1 c. peanuts
    1 (6 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
    3 Tbsp. green maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
    1/3 c. flake coconut
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Microwave chips and 14 ounces of almond bark in bowl on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir, continue microwaving 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth when stirred.
    Stir in marshmallows, cereal and peanuts. Pour into greased 11 x 14-inch dish.
    Top with cherries; sprinkle with coconut.
