Oven Crisped Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. halibut fillets
3/4 c. cornflakes, crushed
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Remove skin, wash and cut off feet.
Soak an hour in salt water.
Beat an egg lightly.
Salt and pepper legs.
Dip in meal or crumbs, then in egg.
Dip again in meal.
Fry in deep fat.
Be sure to drain off all grease when finished.
