Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat.
Add vanilla and beat.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
Stir in walnuts and apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
