Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato paste (2/3 c.)
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 1/4 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 or 3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil until soft.
    Add meat and brown.
    Blend in juices and spices.
    Cook slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Spoon off excess oil. If sauce becomes too thick, add small amounts of water.
