Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

1 13 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple and add water to make 1 c. liquid. Reserve pineapple. Blend juice and cornstarch and stir on medium heat until thick and clear. Add remaining ingredients, including pineapple. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
