Jalapeno Pepper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 6 pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    pinch of red pepper
    9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Line pie pan with peppers. Spread cheese on top of peppers. Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Pour on top of cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
