Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    10 small tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Spray 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies and 8 ounces sour cream together. In each tortilla, put chicken and sour cream mixture. Roll and place in pan. Mix together soup and 8 ounces sour cream. Pour over stuffed tortillas. Cover with cheeses. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheeses melt and tortillas are hot. Serve with picante sauce.
