Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 small can pimento
    2 small onions, chopped fine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 c. sour cream
    4 small carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 stuffing and 1 stick oleo; mix well.
    Line shallow dish with remaining stuffing that has been mixed with 1 stick oleo.
    Reserve a little for topping.
    Fill with squash mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
