Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    1 c. milk
    1 large can salmon
    2 eggs
    1 minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bread and soak in milk.
    Mix other ingredients into bread/milk mixture.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Can be frozen.)
