New Orleans French Quarter Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Pillsbury all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.
    Combine flour, sugar and salt and set aside.
    Heat water to boiling.
    Add flour mixture all at once, stirring to form a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until mixture is smooth and glossy.
    Stir in peel.
    Drop dough by teaspoon in 3 to 4 inches hot fat (about 5 minutes) until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
