Elegant Strawberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and pureed
    3 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
    1 (16 oz.) can each of frozen lemonade and orange juice, thawed
    3 (14 oz.) and 1 small unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid
    1 (1 liter) ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    In a 6-quart container, mix together all ingredients, except ginger ale.
    Cover loosely and freeze until firm.
    Remove from freezer at least 4 hours before ready for use.
    Partially thaw and break into chunks.
    Add ginger ale and stir slowly until slushy. (Mix in a large punch bowl when ready to serve.)
    Makes about 28 (6 ounce) servings.
