Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 shredded carrots
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and let stand several hours or overnight.
    Gets better with age.
    Can be kept in refrigerator for several weeks.
