Hot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. red pepper (dried or fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a covered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Stir once during cooking.
