Salmon Kedgeree - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can smoked salmon
2 c. fluffy cooked rice
4 eggs, boiled and chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 ?? parsley, chopped
1/2 c. hot milk
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Drain and flake salmon.
Combine ingredients in top of a double boiler and heat over hot water.
Serves 6.
