Pluckets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    3 eggs, well beaten
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pile balls loosely in ungreased angel food cake pan.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    When baked, turn the pan upside down immediately. Serve warm.
