Lemon Cottage Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/4 c. cool water
Preparation

Melt butter in glass pie pan on High for 45 seconds in microwave.
Stir in crumbs and sugar.
Mix until all ingredients are moistened in pie plate.
Press up sides and bottom. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
Cool. Beat cottage cheese until smooth.
Blend in pudding powder and water.
Pour in crust and refrigerate 1 hour.
