Swiss Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef liver
salt to taste
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cover pieces of liver with flour and seasoning.
In large frypan, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onions, tomatoes and basil.
Cover with lid.
Reduce heat to low and cook 1 hour.
