Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe avocados, peeled
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
tortilla chips or raw vegetables
sour cream
Preparation

In a bowl, puree avocados; add Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in tomatoes and cucumbers.
Place in serving bowl and add sour cream on top or in separate bowl on the side.
Serve as dip with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
