Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 qt. strawberries
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
baked 10-inch pie shell
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
Mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup sour cream.
Spread into baked and cooled pie shell and refrigerate.
