Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
granulated sugar (for rolling)
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and egg and beat well.
Stir in molasses.
Sift together dry ingredients and add.
Mix well.
Roll into balls and roll in sugar.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 4 dozen.
