Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Simmer all the above until zucchini is tender.
Put in blender until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Can be served hot or cold.
Freezes well.
Serves 4 to 6.
