Cranberry-Orange Relish(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries (whole)
    2 c. sugar
    2 oranges (not peeled), quartered
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Place whole cranberries in an oblong 7 x 11-inch baking dish; stir in sugar.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook 12 minutes, stirring and mashing every 4 minutes.
    Put oranges through food processor.
    Add to cooked cranberries.
    Place nuts in small bowl; dot with butter.
    Heat 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Mix nuts into cooked cranberries; stir well.
    Refrigerate, covered.
    Serve with meat or poultry.
    Keeps for weeks.
    Makes 2 pints.
    Can be frozen in small containers and used for gifts at holidays.
