Cathy'S Creamy Mince Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
3 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Fold whipping cream into mincemeat and spread into pastry lined pie pan.
Combine brown sugar and flour. Sprinkle over mincemeat.
Arrange pecan halves on top of mixture. Cover with top crust which has about ten 1-inch slits cut in it. Seal well by folding top crust under bottom crust and flute.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
