Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 c. croutons (garlic)
    2 pkg. or 1 bag broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 carrot, grated
    1/4 onion, chopped or flakes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add croutons.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Add 1 cup of croutons to mixture of broccoli, carrot, onion, cream of chicken soup and sour cream; stir.
    Top with 1 cup croutons. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
