Crayfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    1 bag seasoned onions (approximately 3 c.)
    2 to 3 lb. cleaned crayfish
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 pt. half and half milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 lb. jalapeno cheese
    16 oz. fettucine
Preparation
    Saute onions.
    Add crayfish and parsley.
    Cook approximately 15 minutes.
    In another pot simmer flour and cream until thickened.
    Chop cheese and mix.
    Add cheese mixture to crayfish. Boil noodles as directed. Mix all together and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
