Hi-Ho Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Hi-Ho crackers, crush
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chipped pecans
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and add sugar until stiff.
    Mix crackers, pecans and baking powder.
    Add to egg whites.
    Fold together. Pour into round cake pan that has been greased.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Top with Cool Whip.
