Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    4 eggs
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. snipped parsley (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak 8 slices bread in water.
    Squeeze out moisture.
    Combine soaked bread with all other ingredients.
    Form into balls.
    Brown slowly in 3 to 4 tablespoon salad oil.
    Simmer in your favorite sauce.
