Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, grated (not peeled)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar; mix in oil and vanilla.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Coat nuts and raisins with small amount of flour.
    Stir into batter.
    Bake in Bundt pan or 2 loaves at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
