Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. black olives, diced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 c. water, mixed with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1 c. oil
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in 12-inch skillet to medium-high. Brown chicken, onion and pepper.
    Add olives, chili powder, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper to taste and sage, stirring constantly. Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in water/cornstarch mixture.
    Stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
