Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out each potato, leaving thin shell.
    Place scooped potato in mixing bowl; add cream cheese, chives, basil, salt and pepper.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until fluffy.
    Spoon potatoes into shells. Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until heated through.
