Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini
    1/2 small purple onion
    1 small red bell pepper
    1 medium tomato
    1 small jalapeno pepper
    1 ear fresh corn
    1/4 cup ranch dressing
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 large yellow peppers
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half; thinly slice zucchini, onion and red pepper.
    Seed and chop tomato.
    Seed jalapeno and cut into thin strips.
    Cut corn from cob into a bowl; add zucchini, onion, red pepper, tomato, jalapeno, ranch dressing, salt and pepper.
    Toss to coat.
    Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
    Cut yellow peppers in half lengthwise; discard seeds and membrane.
    Stuff with vegetable mixture.
    Serves 4.
