Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. half and half
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into oblong baking dish. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
