Mrs. Dudley Hughes' Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    4 saltine crackers, rolled fine
    1 lemon (grated rind and juice)
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into uncooked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
