Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 slices bread, broken in pieces
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 lb. Owens sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Put bread pieces in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook and drain sausage and add.
    Then add cheese and green chilies.
    Mix the other ingredients together and pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
