Blue-Cheesed Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flounder fillets
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. minced parsley
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. cream
1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation

Place flounder fillets, lemon juice, onion, parsley and water in pressure cooker.
Close cover securely.
Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
Cook 5 minutes.
Cool pressure cooker at once.
Stir in cream and blue cheese.
Heat through.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
