Baked Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    8 tsp. lemon juice
    8 tsp. parsley
    4 tsp. oregano
    4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, Progresso only
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 rolls Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In a deep bowl pour clams with juice, add butter.
    Crush one package of crackers at a time.
    Best way to do this is to crush them in a plastic bag.
    Add to mixture.
    Add to mixture the following:
    lemon juice, parsley, oregano and garlic.
    Mix well with fork.
    Pour into deep baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake.
    After 20 minutes, mix with fork and sprinkle the left over cheese and more if you need it.
    Serve on Ritz crackers.
    Do not cover.
