Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 baked (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Mix the sugar and cornstarch in a 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in the water gradually.
Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. As the mixture begins to boil, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the gelatin.
When the mixture becomes smooth, add the strawberries.
Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate until thick.
