Blueberry Pandowdy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In medium-size bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Add egg, milk and butter.
Mix batter until well combined.
