Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices American cheese
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
In saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk and stir over low heat until mixture thickens.
Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Makes about 3 cups.
Delicious over vegetables.
