Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in food processor; process until smooth, about 2 minutes.
    Add pumpkin and remaining ingredients; process until combined.
    Pour into 9-inch nonstick pie pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Let cool.
    Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 5 hours or overnight.
    Enjoy! Makes 8 servings.
