Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans no salt cream-style corn
    1 c. skim milk
    3 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix corn and milk in a medium bowl.
    Mix egg whites, sugar and flour in a small bowl and beat lightly with a fork.
    Add egg whites to corn mixture and mix well.
    Pour into a small sprayed (nonfat spray) casserole dish or pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on thickness).
    Yields 4 servings.
    Has 170 calories, fat free.
