Scallop Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sherry or dry wine
    2 c. half and half
    cooked fettuccine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    butter
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. scallops *
Preparation
    *May also use crabmeat.
