Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups apples, peeled and diced
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    1 teaspoon soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cups pecans chopped
Preparation
    Peel and dice 2 cups apples.
    Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Add 1 egg, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cooking oil, 1 teaspoon soda, 1/4 teaspoons salt and 1 cup pecans chopped.
    Put in greased loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
