Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. polyunsaturated margarine
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. pecans, chopped
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In bowl, combine sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine and cocoa until well blended.
    Stir in vanilla and pecans.
    Spread in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
    Cool in pan on wire rack.
    Wrap and store at room temperature for up to 4 days.
    Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
    Makes 36; 85 calories; 30 mg. sodium; 3 grams fat per brownie.
