Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo (margarine)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    dash of liquid hot pepper seasoning
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Use wok or heavy skillet and medium heat.
    Making sure it is hot, add 3 tablespoons margarine and the olive oil.
    When butter is melted, add onion, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
    Cook until onion is limp.
    Should take about 30 seconds.
    Turn heat on high. Add shrimp; stir-fry until shrimp turn pink, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add lemon peel, parsley and hot pepper seasoning to taste.
    Garnish with lemon wedge; squeeze on each serving.
    Serve with buttered rice.
